Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the services offered by BlissClean Mobile Detail, LLC ("BlissClean," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

BlissClean provides mobile car detailing services in Metro Atlanta, Georgia. Our services include exterior washing, interior cleaning, paint correction, ceramic coating, and other detailing packages as described on our website. Services are performed at the location specified by the customer at time of booking.

2. Booking & Appointments

• All appointments must be booked through our official booking system at app.urable.com
• A valid service location must be provided at time of booking
• We reserve the right to refuse service at locations deemed unsafe or inaccessible
• Appointment times are estimates and may vary due to weather or prior service duration

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: no charge
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee
• No-shows may be charged the full service amount
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to severe weather conditions

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By booking our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle and location information
• Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time
• Remove all valuables from the vehicle prior to service
• Disclose any pre-existing damage to the vehicle before service begins
• Ensure the service location has reasonable space for our team to work

6. Liability & Disclaimer

BlissClean takes great care in providing professional detailing services. However:

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, scratches, or defects not disclosed prior to service
• We are not liable for items left in the vehicle during service
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
• We are not responsible for damage caused by extreme weather conditions

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make every reasonable effort to address your concerns at no additional charge.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of BlissClean Mobile Detail, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
